Tasks and Activity Timeline

Every Infonet touch creates a Salesforce Task tied to the Lead/Contact. Subject auto-set, completion-date populated, notes carry the message body.

Opportunity-stage awareness

When a related Account has an Opportunity past 'Qualify,' outbound to other Contacts at that Account auto-pauses to avoid double-touching.

Apex / Flow triggers

Reply events fire a webhook that any Salesforce Flow can consume. Common: assign-to-AE, create Opportunity, post to Slack, add to a Pardot list.

Custom object support
