LinkedIn ROI calculator

Plug in your numbers; see pipeline, revenue, and cost-per-meeting. Defaults match 2026 benchmark data; adjust to your reality.

How much pipeline can a LinkedIn outreach campaign realistically generate? Drop in your numbers and the calculator runs the math against industry benchmarks. Adjust the assumptions to match your reality.

Methodology. Default assumptions reflect 2026 benchmark data: 28% acceptance rate on connection requests, 14% reply rate on accepted (multi-channel boost), 5% positive-reply-to-meeting rate, and a 22% meeting-to-opportunity conversion. See the source data.

How to interpret the numbers

If your ROI multiple is below 5x, your assumptions are likely too aggressive on volume or too conservative on conversion. Re-check with real data after 30 days of running.

If your cost per meeting is above $200, the channel isn't competitive with hiring an SDR. The per-meeting cost on a well-run Infonet campaign is typically $30–120.

If your pipeline number looks too good to be true, it probably is — outbound rarely sustains the upper end of benchmark assumptions for more than 90 days. Use 70% of the calculated number for planning purposes.

What changes with multi-channel

The default assumptions reflect single-channel LinkedIn. Adding email and WhatsApp typically lifts the reply-to-meeting rate from ~5% to ~7–9%, and the volume number stays the same or grows (because you're reaching prospects who don't check LinkedIn weekly).

To model multi-channel: multiply your invites/week by 1.0 (LinkedIn baseline) but bump the positive reply rate from 14% to 18–20% to reflect the lift from coordinated multi-channel sequencing.
