What this integration does

Zapier is the universal glue. When your specific tool combination doesn't have a native integration, Zapier covers the gap. Infonet's Zapier integration exposes 6 triggers and 7 actions, enough to wire Infonet into nearly any workflow.

Filters and formatters

Standard Zapier filters and formatters work on every Infonet trigger. Filter on sentiment, on prospect tag, on campaign name.

Setup

  1. Generate API key. From Infonet integration settings.
  2. Add Infonet app in Zapier. Search 'Infonet' in Zapier, paste the API key.
  3. Build your first Zap. Pick a trigger, pick an action, test.

Common Zaps people build

Reply → Notion task

New reply triggers a Notion database entry for the rep to follow up. Useful when the team uses Notion as their personal task list.

Booking → Google Calendar event

Auto-create the calendar event with the prospect's profile context in the description.

New customer in Stripe → pause LinkedIn outbound

When a prospect converts, immediately stop further outreach to them and to other contacts at their company.

Form submission → Add to campaign

Typeform / Google Form submission with a LinkedIn URL kicks off an Infonet campaign for that prospect.

New podcast episode → drip post links to recent connections

Auto-DM your most recent 50 LinkedIn connections with the new episode link.

Reply with negative sentiment → send to suppression list

Auto-honor opt-outs across all your other tools.

FAQ

Does this require a paid Zapier plan?

Triggers work on all plans. Multi-step Zaps require Zapier Starter or higher.

Are there rate limits?

Standard Zapier rate limits apply. Infonet caches reply events so a brief Zapier outage doesn't lose data.

Can I use Zapier instead of HubSpot/Salesforce sync?

For simple CRMs, yes. For deep CRM integration (deal-stage awareness, etc.), use the native HubSpot or Salesforce integration. Zapier is best for the long tail.

What about Make.com (formerly Integromat)?

Make.com works via the Infonet REST API directly. The Zapier app is the easiest path; Make.com is for power users who want more complex flows.
