Stage-aware pacing

When a Person is linked to a Deal in 'Qualified' or later stages, Infonet de-prioritizes outbound to that Person and surfaces them in the inbox view.

What about Smart Docs?

Smart Docs sent from Pipedrive can be tracked, but Infonet doesn't create or modify Smart Docs.
