What this integration does
Booking-page friction is the silent killer of LinkedIn reply funnels. Default Calendly links require the prospect to retype their name and email into a form they didn't ask for. Infonet's Calendly integration auto-prefills those fields, suggests three specific times in your message, and time-zone-localizes everything.
Capabilities
Auto-personalized booking links
Each Infonet message inserts a Calendly link with the prospect's name and email pre-filled — the booking form is one click instead of three.
Suggested time slots in the message
Pull 3-4 specific upcoming time slots from your Calendly availability and propose them in the LinkedIn message body. Prospect just confirms a time.
Booking sync back to CRM
When a prospect books, Infonet logs the event to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and auto-pauses further outbound to that prospect.
Custom-question routing
Calendly's pre-meeting questions can route the prospect to different Infonet follow-up sequences. 'Company size > 100' triggers an enterprise pitch follow-up.
Time-zone awareness
Infonet's send-time logic uses Calendly's time-zone detection so meeting offers land at sensible times for international prospects.
No-show recovery
Failed bookings (cancellations, no-shows) auto-trigger a follow-up sequence to re-engage.
Setup
- Calendly OAuth. 60-second authorization.
- Map event types. Connect each Calendly event type to an Infonet sequence step.
- Configure prefill defaults. Choose which fields to auto-prefill (name and email is the default).
- Test. Run a test outreach to yourself to verify the booking flow.
Common use cases
Solo consultants and coaches
Most consultants live on Calendly. Auto-prefill alone is worth the integration.
Founder-led outbound
Booking links in messages convert dramatically better than 'reply if interested.'
Sales teams with round-robin booking
Round-robin works. The booked rep is recorded so follow-up routes correctly.

Does this work with Cal.com?
Yes — Cal.com is also supported with the same auto-personalization features. Pick either in integration settings.
What about round-robin Calendly events?
Round-robin works. The booked rep is recorded on the Infonet event log so you can route follow-up correctly.
Can I use this with Chili Piper for inbound routing?
Chili Piper is supported via webhook hand-off. Outreach books with Chili Piper's logic; bookings flow back to Infonet.
Does Calendly's free plan work?
Yes. The integration uses standard Calendly APIs available on all plans, including free.
How does this handle group meetings?
Group meetings (multiple invitees on one event) are tracked but Infonet treats them differently from 1:1 bookings — no follow-up auto-pause.
