Infonet is building the safest, most-personalized LinkedIn outreach platform for B2B operators. We're a small team (under 25 people as of May 2026) growing deliberately. Most of the team is fully remote across North America and Europe.

How we work

  • Remote-first. Two optional in-person weeks per year (NYC + Lisbon). Day-to-day: async, written-first, deep-work-protected.
  • Small team, broad ownership. Most engineers ship across the stack. PMs work on positioning, design, and launch — not just specs.
  • Customer-close. Every team member spends time on customer calls. Engineering teams do support rotations. PM team writes documentation. Sales team feeds product roadmap.
  • Decisive about not-doing. We say no to features more often than yes. Each thing we ship has to be defensibly better than what's in market.

How we hire

  1. Application. Email your resume + a one-paragraph note on why this role. We respond within 5 business days.
  2. 30-min intro. Mutual fit check, no whiteboarding. We talk about what you want from a role and what we're solving.
  3. Take-home. Realistic, scoped (under 4 hours of work), reflects actual day-to-day. We pay for your time on this.
  4. Team conversations. 3 hours total across 3-4 conversations with future teammates. Topics: technical depth, collaboration style, edge cases.
  5. Reference call. Two references of your choosing, ideally including a former manager.
  6. Offer. Within 5 business days of references. Compensation transparent on first call.

Compensation philosophy

Top of market for the role. Equity for senior roles. Transparent ranges shared on the first call — we don't ask candidates to disclose current comp before we share our range.

Annual reviews calibrate against market data; raises happen mid-year if you're materially underpaid.

  • Health insurance (US: PPO, EU: equivalent local plans). 100% premium covered for employees, 80% for dependents.
  • Unlimited PTO with a 4-week minimum (we track minimum, not maximum — prevents under-taking).
  • $1,500/year learning budget. Books, courses, conferences, coaching.
  • $2,000 home-office setup stipend.
  • 16 weeks parental leave for primary caregivers, 8 weeks for non-primary.
  • Mental-health day every quarter (separate from PTO, expected to be taken).
